Distortion?

I have not listened to local fire calls since they changed over to a new system ( Project25 - Phase 2 ). I used Broadcastify tonight to listen and the sound was distorted. Is this normal for this system? Is there a way to clear it up some so that it sounds better?

I think N8IAA means the feed you're trying to listen to.

I meant to say I was listening to fire calls not police calls. After I reread my post I saw my mistake. The problem was my sound card.
