DMR dead dead mode?

Our user base is estimated at 1/20th of that of DMR. We can't have anything else than an estimation, as there is no centralized user database. BTW - LilyGo sold about 500 Module17 units so far.

Based on todays current list of unique worldwide callsigns on DMR at 484,305 that makes your estimated 5% user base of 24,215 amateurs. Being generous and saying HALF of those are not active, you are saying you guys have over 10,000 amateurs worldwide using M17 for more than just kerchunks or one off converations and moving on?

I applaud your cheerleading for M17, but lets be realistic with the numbers.
