Provide the actual control channel frequency(s) that you are monitoring. And it is going to be very difficult, because the LCNs for that system cannot be calculated based upon a bandplan. The maintainers of the system have clearly used a manual LCN scheme. You are going to have to know ALL of the frequencies in use on the sites you monitor and then figure out what LCNs belong with what frequencies.

1. Are you using DSDPlus or DSDPlus FastLane?
2. Are you running the latest version of DSDPlus Fastlane?
3. You should be posting a screenshot of the Channel Activity window as well
