DMRE - DMR full-time Encrypted.
DMRe - DMR partial encryption.

It would mean mode DMR with full time encryption.

DMRe would be DMR with partially encryption.

Listed in the RadioReference Database here? Montgomery County, Indiana (IN) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

"DMR" would mean that the transmissions use the DMR air interface so you would need a radio that can receive DMR in order to monitor those transmissions.

However, "DMRE" probably means that they are using encryption, so you can't monitor it.
