Montgomery County, Indiana (IN) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference "DMR" would mean that the transmissions use the DMR air interface so you would need a radio that can receive DMR in order to monitor those transmissions. However, "DMRE" probably means that they are using encryption, so you can't monitor it.
