Not enough info given. Can you specify what DMR or NXDN frequencies or systems you're trying to pick up? A number of possibilities can prevent you from picking up what you want to hear. Disabled quick keys, service types, avoids, etc to name a few

Make sure you have the Service Types enabled. Also, make sure that for trunking you have the proper type of system programmed. Those are two places to start.

I programmed a radio for my brother on my laptop. Created a "profile" for him on my computer. He could not receive until I corrected his profile by entering the correct zip code under his profile in Sentinel. Just a thought.

You put in a new sd card. Did you back up your favorite lists before removing the old card?
Did you download your saved favorite lists back to the scanner with the new card installed?
When you read the scanner with sentinel, is all your stuff there?

Yes ?

I asked you 3 relevant questions.

You answered yes. Was that yes to all 3 questions?

You speak in general terms here. So a general answer to “What is going on here?” Is “You don’t know enough about your particular type of scanner and/or your programming. But we know that’s not what you need. So, no NXDN, DMR or P25. I presume you have the optional add-ons for NXDN and DMR and were receiving all before you swapped out the SD card? Answer this one question. And then answer any additional single question others will ask, one at a time. I am no longer available so let me just start the process here and get out of the way...
