And without knowing the specific frequencies and/or systems I requested from the OP above, we have no way of ruling out encryption, simulcast distortion, both, etc. We need a full picture in the database of what the OP is attempting to monitor but cannot in order to try and assist. Vague answers get you nowhere here

Your going to need to open sentinel and look at your profile settings and see what's going on. Make sure your zip code and radius are correct as well as service types. Your very vague with your responses so its hard for anyone to help you.

Are all the fav lists enabled? If so do you see them scanning?

Just curious, what is your squelch set to?

Or if you're not willing to disclose specifics on the problematic systems, perhaps you can give us exports of your Sentinel .hpe files for each favorites list you're having trouble with then compress them into a zip file then post them as an attachment here so someone can check your programming?

In Sentinel choose File > Export to hpe file. Choose each favorites list to be exported

Locate file(s) you exported, select them all then right-click...

Post zip file as an attachment here

The info given by the OP was that he has ownd the scanner for 3years and worked with upgrades, then
decided to swap out the SD card for a new one did the clear user data to setup new card and when
he was done it only scanned Conventional freqs, normally when clearing data it turns off Monitor in the
profile so you have to reselct both monitor and download when sending data back to scanner.

This has been my experience using sentinel and he did state he is only using FL in the scanner not zip codes.

Since you are using a new card, try the following...

Attach your scanner to your computer and run Sentinel. When you tell Sentinel to write to the scanner, there will be a box that pops up to confirm the attached device. Within that box, there are two additional options. Check both the Erase Favorites and Force Write Full Database.

This should force all of your favorites to get written to the scanner. Sentinel by default assumes there are already some favorites on the SD card (which in your case is probably not true) and thus only writes the ones it thinks have been modified since the last write.
