ARC125: Down Load Problems

I purchased the ARC125 software and downloaded it. I entered the keys to open the full program. I'm running it on a Dell laptop with Windows 10. Every time I attempt to go to Radio Reference to download freqs, I get a pop up that says 'Run Time Error (52)'. The program immediately closes itself down.

Any ideas?

Locate the programs exe file arc125.exe in C:\program files(x86)\butel\arc125 and then do a right mouse click. Locate the option 'Run as Administrator' and tick it. This should clear the error.

ARC!@% Problems

Tried that several times, closed and reopened several times as well as a couple of reboots. No change... I did down load it to an older computer with XP on it with out problems...

ARC125 Software

I tried opening up the software again, right clicked on a window that had not appeared before and got it set. It works great now...
