I am getting the following error when I attempt to download to Unitrunker. I have tried 3 different computers and I keep getting this message.

Expires: Server returned an invalid SOAP Fault. Please see InnerException for more details. I don't know where the InnerException can be found. I also am sending this to the Unitrunker forum.

I have checked my log in and password. Obviously I can log in since I'm sending this.

Does this have to do with the GUI being changed?

Thanks!

John

This is definitely something the Unitrunker team is going to have to take a look at.

What exactly are you trying to do in Unitrunker? Download a system? If so, which system?

I had an issue with downloaded RRDB data with Bluetail software a few weeks ago. Extraneous quotation characters were in the data. The dev modified his software to remove the extra characters which fixed the issue. Something is going on.

I have tried Ohio MARCS, GCRCN and the Parma/Medina with the same issue.

Does anyone know what "Inner Exception" might mean?

Thanks!

Sounds like you're using an older version of Unitrunker. Get the 2.0 beta from the Google Groups, it has been updated and will grab RR Db info just fine.

He's running the very latest preview of v2.1, he has posted the same thing in the UT Google group a few days ago. Rick reports that he has no issues with downloading the same systems the OP is trying to download.

He's not trying to download Unitrunker, he's already running the latest preview version of 2.1 as I mentioned in the post right above yours. He is trying to download trunked system info from the RRDB through Unitrunker.

I don't know what caused the issue, but I was able to fix it.

Even though I was able to log into RR on all of my computers, my password was wrong. I decided to update some passwords and after changing my RR login I was able to login with Unitrunker. This seemed to happen shortly after the database went 2.0.
