DPS Marietta Site On The Air

I drove from Dallas to OKC this morning and noticed that the DPS Marietta site is active. It is standard Motorola Type II and identifies as site 36.

I heard Pontotoc County on it in P25.

Good to hear. Funny though the WQRF887 license shows expired. A FCC freq search of 860.7625 et.al.
shows expired.?? Maybe it is part of the new P25 OKWIN??

Yes that is the one. I had to cut my searches short this AM. That is right at Winstar's water tank.

Pontotoc County is still on 154.650 analog what you heard on P25 is the Chickasaw Lighthorse Tribal Police talkgroup 17200

You are correct. The talkgroup was 17200. It must have been tagged incorrectly in the database when I snatched it. I'll change my alpha tag.
