Spinning by 5000 WWV last night, the auto-man said the Sept 6 decision has been retracted. Can't seem to find a proper link for this news. NOAA / NWS Space Weather Prediction Center The voice was very clear yet, the female voice that followed with the report was barely understandable. Anyone else catch this announcement ?
