For this command the batch file has to be in the dsd directory.
dsd -i /dev/dsp -o /dev/dsp -fa

Also what does it mean when dsdplus spits out unknown type and then a letter like B and also it says rate 1/2 on the decoder? I haven't done any further listening on dsdplus and I was just using the old dsd because I did not want to miss any transmissions so tommorow I'm just gonna be using dsdplus and see if this problem still presists. Also the radio people were still testing today and today might have been the last day of testing.

I Fixed it!! I added the command -rv and it disabled the auto polarity detect and it decodes all voice now!
