DSDPlus DSD+ FL showing RTL SDR Device #1 is in use.

I am helping a friend install DSD+ FL just like I did, however, after installing DSD+ FL and all the required files FMP24-CC.bat keeps showing that device #1 is in use. I have reinstalled the drivers for the USB and tried some other things but no luck. No other programs are running that would cause this to happen.

Any ideas?

I had this on my latest build, I haven't figured it out either, but my 2 x RTL dongles respond fine on device numbers 2 and 3.
Worth trying...

I failed to mention that I also changed the ID numbers in 1R and FMP24. That worked for a week or so, then when I reinstalled for him and tried that it would not work.
