I'd probably just run the command:
dsd-fme -i tcp -fs -Z -N 2> log.ans
Those extra switches aren't really going to do you any good, particularly -0, that requires you to have an RC4 key specified to even work properly, and -3 is only if you want to disable the late entry alg/key/mi stuff, which, is working pretty well now on the latest versions of DSD-FME, so I don't recommend even using it, unless you get false enc sets from some weird single burst from cheapo radios or something.
