How do you add a wildcard to DSD FME ?
I am monitoring a P25 Pll system and have downloaded the files from the database
Groups
&
Sites
All talk groups work and i get audio , all works well , but how do you add a wildcard to hunt for new talk groups on the system ? I have looked in DSD notes and also searched on RR forums but coming up empty. Anyone know how to set up a wild card or have any ideas?

Thanks in advanced

Unless you're running in "White List" mode, it should automagically receive any new talkgroup. I may have misunderstood your question, so post your command line arguments and possibly your talkgroup .csv file or a link to your system if you're still having problems. BTW, there may be a wildcard, but I've never used/needed one.

I am new to DSD FME so i dont think i am running any white list .
the system i am trying to find new talk groups on is 5-City Radio System (P25) Trunking System, Various, Ohio .
all i have really done is download the system files from the RR Database
DSDPlus.groups
&
DSDPlus.sites
after putting those 2 files in the DSD Folder the listed talk groups for that system identify in the event log , but i dont understand how to get anything new added to the system or any un-published talk groups. hope that makes more sense

No, now I'm totally confused, but that's normal for me. We are talking about DSD-FME right? How does DSD+ fit in?

Can you post your command line? I think it should be easy to sort out with enough information.

Sorry , i could be wrong on the terminology , i am 99% sure it is the dsd fastlane that was made free for everyone .
i am useing no command line switches , in the notes it just states to start up
1R.bat
FMP24-CC.bat

so i just start up those 2 files . after editing for CC and it starts decoding , then when i add in the
DSDPlus.groups
&
DSDPlus.sites
now in the event window the talk groups now have names .
so maybe i am over thinking this , but i was under the impression that only the talk groups in
the DSDPlus.groups file i downloaded from the RR database would be decoded so that is where i thought i would need to add a wild card to get anything unlisted

Okay, that's why I was confused. DSD-FME and DSD+ are completely different. Since DSD+ is windows based, I rarely use for anything other than logging events. Maybe ask again but don't include DSD-FME? There are a lot of very intelligent forum members who can most likely help.
