What exactly are you trying to do? What are you trying to scan? Looks like your scanning Longwave

Why not use fmp that comes with DSDPlus?

Anyway, DSDPlus is set to input from virtual cable but SDR# is outputting to your speakers.

1. I am trying to decode the NXDN48/96 signals.
2. When i tried with the dsd or dsd-fme i am able to detect the NXDN packets, but if i tried with same scenario in the DSDPlus - not getting any packets in the live receiver mode.
3. Apart from this, i tried to decode the data from offline files, which are taken from here and here.
4. Initially tried with DSD-FME but the output voice is not as expected, so trying with DSDPlus - attaching the output for the DSD-FME and DSDPlus.
And i am not able to see the DSDPlus.wav for output.

So i have mainly two problems:
1. Why live detection is not happening with DSDPlus with same scenario as the DSD/DSD-FME.
2. Why the offline decoding is not happening in both the cases.

Someone please explain me in detail.

Thankyou in advance.

DSDPlus doesn't use IQ. It uses a standard .WAV with specific requirements (I forget how many, like 16-bit 44100hz). I don't know that particular figure to be correct. But it needs to be a standard audio .wav file, not IQ data.

You are using the free version of DSDPlus. If you are using free DSDPlus, you should use FMP and DSDPlus together rather than SDR#.

However, you certainly can take the audio from SDR# and pipe it into DSDPlus with a virtual audio cable, and that will work fine on all versions and will decode NXDN. But (see @dave3825 post above) you have to make sure that your audio output in SDR# is the virtual cable and that your audio input in DSDPlus is the virtual cable. And you probably need to take care that DSDPlus is getting enough audio through the virtual cable and not too much audio through the virtual cable.

You're really handicapping yourself by trying to go the SDR#/VB cable route. There are many steps along the way that can throw you off - audio levels and routing, bandwidth, filters being turned on etc.

My suggestion is to get it working with FMP, then start experimenting with SDR#. As I mentioned one of the most frequent problems I see people having unneeded filtering turned on and channel bandwidths improperly set.
