DSD+ problem decoding DMR

Hello, i have problem with DMR decoding using SDR# with DSD+
When DSD+ decode signal i hear sound like in attached video sample. Data - ie. numbers of talking radios are OK, but i can't hear normally sound.
When DMR sending data i can't hear any sound, when DMR send BS VOICE i hear noise which ypu can hear on video.
Sometimes instead BS DATA or BS VOICE i'm receiving ERR 3 or something like this.
Does anybody can help me to fix it?

OK, so i understand that i DSD+ can't decode encoded transmission or is there anny possibility to decode it? I.e. converse WAV file to other format?

There are No programs that decode Encrypted voice.

Does anybody know is there some scanner (i.e. AOR AR-DV1) that can decode this transmission for voice or this is just impossible?

Nothing is impossible, but in the U.S it is illegal to decrypt encrypted signals not intended for you.

The DV-1 will decode DMR just like DSD and you'll get the same scrambled audio for the signal you're trying to monitor.

I heard the DV-1 will take a "known key" for 15 bit NXDN voice scrambling (apprx 32.7K keys) but it won't for any other protocol (DMR included).

You're free to do as you wish but you'll have to do your own research.

I was hoping that is some soft or device can decode encrypted signal.

If it was that easy to decrypt it... then why would they bother to encrypt in the first place?
