I’m on vacation right now, but I can address this when I return in a couple weeks.

These are easy systemwide fixes, but I’m not going to do them until I’m in a position to test them given they are database wide search and replace activities and one screw up could be catastrophic.

Ok, I’ve fixed a lot of these. Go ahead and submit tickets now to the admins for some of these other very special character issues that might crop up. They should be able to fix them individually going forward.
