DSP Encryption

Are DSP's SORT, HQ & ID talkgroups truly full-time encrypted and are Dover PD / NCC PD truly operating their SORT TGs in the clear - as is suggested by the database on this website? I've heard a few encrypted comms on DSP HQ - but haven't really had any experience w/ the other TGs.


Also - do Dover FD dispatch alerts come over the Kent County Fire dispatch TG - or are they completely separate?

The Dover FD dispatches on TG 4240. The dispatch is not heard on Kent Center's TG.

As far as the DPD goes, they do use encryption some of the time.
