Can someone confirm for me that I'm using the best sites for each of the systems below?
I live on Green Mountain in Lakewood.

Adams: (ADCO, Thornton, Northglenn, Fed Heights, Brighton, Commerce City)
Thorodin
Lookout Mtn.
Smoky Hill

Arapahoe: (ACSO, Littleton, Greenwood V., Englewood, Glendale,
Chevron
Arapahoe Main
Smoky Hill
Lookout Mtn.
Zap

Douglas: (DCSO, Castle Rock, Parker)
Chevron
Arapahoe Main
Franktown
Lookout Mtn.

JeffCo: (JeffersonCo SO, Golden, Edgewater, Mtn. View, Morrison)
Lookout Mtn
DRDC
Mt. Thoridin

I think I've got 'em right ... just need some confirmation or someone to tell me what I've got wrong.

That looks pretty good. If you've got a BCT396/996 or a PSR500, I would add the Adams County Simulcast site for Adams. I might also add Glendale site for Arapahoe County. I've also had good luck with Westcreek and Riley Peak for Adams/Jefferson Counties. Or others might say to just have all of the sites programmed in and then put the talkgroups in that you want to listen to so you won't miss anything on any of them. Personal preference will determine what you do.

Smoky Hill may be a better selection for Jefferson County over DRDC. Otherwise, I would say your list looks pretty good.

Looks like a great list but I would agree Glendale over DRDC and I like seeing Smoky Hill (I know makes no sense) in for your Adams County sub-group, I've logged over 1,500 Adams County agencies radio affliations on Smoky Hill in the last day or so.

Many of us feel less is more when it comes to control channels and if you want to try that recommendation I would lock out Lookout from your Arap and Douglas groups and add Glendale. Might consider Squaw also for Jeffco, if you can receive it from your location.

Good job and like they say play with it a little, your results may vary and don't hesitate to try new things, I upload a new modified win96 file to one of my radios at least weekly and am often surprised by the results.

Have you tried any logging with pro96com yet?; it really opens new horizons to the hobby and allows you good insight into who affliates where.

Excellent. Thanks for your help. I always assume the Lookout site because of my proximity to it. I'll give these recommendations a shot.
I have tried out pro96com, and was instantly fascinated ... I'll have to spend some more time with it.

What about CSP? What's the best site to use for the metro Troops? (6A, Dispatch)

And locking out Lookout and adding DTB (Glendale site) is working out much better for Arap/Doug. Thanks guys!

All the sites you have listed are good for CSP but remember there radios are blocked from Chevron.

Lookout, Smoky, Thorodin, Squaw, Castle Rock are all good.

When monitoring CSP remember the patches that are normally in place at there dispatch center in Lakewood for example currently

1C (2301) and 6C (2381) are both patched to 6D (2401)

Just an idea. When posting threads about sites or towers, could people post the site number as well as the name of the tower? Either that or maybe we as a forum should go though the database and agree on common names for all the sites. Reason I ask this is, that it appears to me that everyone has their own names for the DTRS towers. So it gets confusing(at leased to me) when people start talking about towers names that do not have the same name in the database. Does all that make any sense?
