Going to Duck and was wondering what the freqs are for pd and fire,and beach patrol. Also to make sure ---Are they in dare county?? Thanks for the help.

Duck, Corolla, Carova, Knott's Island, etc., are in Currituck County and the database is correct except for the PL listed for the Sheriff's freqs. It's 110.9 rather than the 127.3 listed. Sounds to me like you need a map. :lol:

You should also enter Dare County's freqs since they are right down the road.

Actually, Duck is south of the Currituck line in Dare County. Mo's right... you'll want both Dare & Currituck in your scanner. You can always lock out.

OK then, I'm the one who needs a map. If you're prepared for spending time in an overcrowded traffic-jammed tourist trap where everything is overpriced by a factor of at least 3, you should have a good visit to the area.
