Ducomm Changes

Ducomm 1 West seems to have changed over to starcom on the 4th of July. Does anyone have some programming information on what the new changes are?

A few weeks ago it was reported that Hanover Park PD left the Starcom21 DU-COMM 1 WEST talkgroup (2609) to join Roselle PD on the DU-COMM 1 NORTH talkgroup (2612). Carol Stream and Bartlett PDs remained on 1 WEST talkgroup. The former 1 WEST (470.6875) appears to be silent now.

Is anyone hearing anything different?

3 West and 7 West are not patched anymore. Heard 'key ups' on 7W but not patched.
(471.1375 and 470.3125, respectively)

Ch 5 (471.0125) still up over the weekend with interference tying up the repeater.

I am still having a hard time picking up Bartlett and Carol Stream. Very scratchy at best
