Duplicate Data Submission

When I submit data sometimes after the ticket being worked when I log back in it will send the submission again. Any idea on why it does this?

We see this from time to time. In some cases, the duplicates come in pretty close together, but I've seen 12-24 hours elapse between duplicates. It's quite odd. I've never done a deep dive into what is causing it, however I believe at least two people mentioned using Apple devices/iOS, so who knows.

Sometimes when I log on it quicklinks me to the submission then refreshes so it acts like a new form and submits it. It's very odd
