Could someone confirm a few things about the WyoLink Online RR Database.
1) Sites that have an address over a thousand are unverified or not on the air and are just place holders?
2) Sites that are listed in both three and four digit addresses such Cheyenne (107 & 1012) or Copper Mountain (207 & 1021) are just an extra entry in the database?

Thanks,
Mike

As "Larry" stated in a earlier post the 100 numbers are Cheyenne dispatched, the 200 numbers are Casper dispatched. I think when Wyo Link 1st came out 1000 digits were temp and yes they should be deleted but not to get in a big rush yet, there is still a lot of tweaking on the system. Just today they are starting to use the East Central towers and doing testing, a few traffic stops and most of what I heard was sounding great. So be patient, when all is worked out they will update and get rid of the 1000 prefix.
Just a note when a WHP or WDOT calls in they still are calling Torrington, Laramie, Cheyenne or what ever, so have to keep your ear sharp for where they are at.

also understand that the 100,200 ...ect are tower numbers and the 1000 one are valid as some transmitter sites, and were listed to get the frequency on record later to be asigned to a input or output radio or tower
and are subject to change and useage, hope that helps

I don't know where you are at Mike, but of all the TGID I hear are 6372, 6378, 19875 for the patrol and 6571, 6583, 6590, and 6591 for WDOT and the school buses 245 & 246. Worst of time we can only receive the Wheatland (131) tower but hear WDOT when they are at Rawlins and HP west of Laramie.
With the 996 and our 396 (with the newest firmware) WY has the best P25 audio I have heard.
I would like to take a drive up by Casper to see how everything works in that area.

I travel all over the state of Wyoming and Colorado doing service work, so it's great to have the GPS on the 996 to turn on and off different sites/systems without having to fiddle with it. I've got the state broken up into about 40 different areas for the conventional systems and am building up my database for the trunked system now that they are starting to use it.

Thanks!
Mike
