Does the DV 3 log frequency data colours codes ctcss etc or does it only record a .WAV audio file with no other data.

I'm also dealing with this now and I haven't figured it out yet. Without this information it's useless. I don't understand this.

I don't know the answer to the original question. I will say, after studying the DV3 Remote commands document, it does NOT expose that meta data information to external computer control. That's pretty disappointing, I also don't know why they would leave that out.

One thing I can tell is that it can send more information out from the USB that is not documented.
If running the TETRATest.exe it shows some more information that is comming from the DV3.
And it seems to work with the DV3 even that this program is for AR5700D.

"So are they still not considering having the talkgroups display, much less UID's display?
Pretty much a deal killer for me.
That, and one antenna jack for DC to Daylight.
Maybe things will change..."
