The forestry tacs like "USFS Project #" or OSFM you very likely won't be able to hear, so I'd stick with repeaters unless you're crazy close or something, but you should totally be able to hear the repeaters from where you are. I've listed the repeater locations of each channel in the notes so you can see if they're nearby, but I'm pretty sure all are within range of you. It may also be worth listening to Jackson County's North Fire Dispatch.
