Easier to Read SDS-100/200 Digital Scanner Manual

Hi,
I would like to find out where I can get the "Easier to Read SDS-100/200 Digital Scanner Manual.pdf" file from? I found a link on another page of this site but when I clicked on it, I was taken to a warning page saying something like caution, do not continue.

The physical book would be nice though but at a price of $160 NZD which includes $77 USD postage I will not be ordering it any time soon.

I did find an HTML to PDF converter but not sure how that would work.

Out of curiosity - why a pdf?
The web version is free.

Thats what I did for all of those for scanners I have. I frequent places off grid.

i wish the author of the Easier to Read guides would incorporate all the stuff we have in the FAQs (including the SDS100 FAQ, link below) because we have a great deal of info in them that is not in the Guide nor in the manual. For reference the SDS100 FAQ is here;

The question about the waterfall option, and all the answers, must be redone now that the option has been made available. But there's lots more there you won't find anywhere else
