Anyone one else notice that EBR Parsh Fire departments are on around 16500. Also has Iberville Parish Fire finally ditched their old ESACS system as I seem to hear the around 19035. Thanks.

There was a major accident on I 10 right by the Whiskey Bay exit. I was hunting crows in Sherburne and about to leave through that Whiskey Bay exit. I always call 311 or 511 to get road reports on I 10 as it is frequently shut down over the Basin. Saved me hours of waiting. I was able to monitor the state police on 5000 . I erville shut down the whole interstate due to a burning bus. I was using the Unication G5 but was monitoring the wrong tower as I didn't hear any Iberville transmissions. The state police rerouted all west bound I 10 traffic from the hwy 415 exit over to US 190. I only killed three crows but got an earful on my way home.

Been monitoring East Baton Rouge Fire for a few months now and still make heads or tails of the new talk group allocations. Instead of dispatching all the various fire districts on the dispatch talkgroups and then moving to the respective fireground if warranted, it appears they tone out on one talkgroup then enroute on another. Just can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Still trying to figure out the East Baton Rouge Parish Fire dispatch talk groups. 17345 used to be for St. George Fire, but now hear other districts dispatched from it. Also hear tones on one talk groups and then the dispatches units on another. Very confusing, anyone with any clarification? Thanks!

All of EBRFD is listed in the database. St George is now broken down into districts since St George is now their own city. Still in EBR Parish, But City of St George.
