Does anyone know if any of the repeaters can be picked up from the Pocatello area for this system?

Not with the stock antenna. Maybe East Butte with an outside antenna.
But it is not very likely at all.
Also, all of the Law Enforcement Talk Groups are encrypted on this system.

There is a lot more to listen to on the ICAWIN system in the Pocatello area..
