SDS100/SDS200: EBC100 charger specifications?

Can someone post the specs printed on the side of the wall wart that comes with the EBC100 battery charger kit from Uniden? I.e., output voltage and current? A pic or model # of just that wall wart would be great; I've lost mine and am looking thru the hundreds lying around my house.

UPDATE: I just saw 5 VDC @ 2 A as the input spec on the charger base itself. Is that consistent with the specs printed on the wart? Thx.
