Echo on stream

I got a report of a echo on my stream:

Linn County Area Event Feed Live Scanner Audio Feed

Any ideas on a fix? I'm using a BCD996t rec jack to the "input" on the sound card. Using proscan/scancast for the streaming software.

Settings:

Mode: Stereo (Using a stereo cable also)
Samples Per Second: 22050
Format: MP3
MP3 Bitrate: 16

Did you check the sound your self? One channel was echoing, another channel was P25 digital artifact sounding, another had a strong hiss in the background, and another was crisp and clear. It sound typical radio traffic.

If all the chanels are echoing, I would check the Windows Mixer and turn down the mic input if not using that input.

Line in input is way down. I did hear some echoing on some channels, but not all.
