frequencies need to be programmed in order from

Bank x Channel xx
x01
and so on...
then you need to turn on trunking for that bank.
If they're not in the right order the scanner wont trunk properly.

Read the bottom of page 56 in the manual.
Enter the freqs. in the correct LCN (Logical Channel Number) order, NOT in numerical order, like 01, 02, 03, 04, etc.. The LCN channels might be 01, 04, 06, 11, 15, & 16.

Do a Goggle search for WIN95 software. the download is free. There are a few posts on here that show how it should look when it si programmed. I played with my pro 95 forever and couldn't get it to trunnk EDACS talk groups. After using WIN95, it wasd a breeze and it works great.

As mentioned before, you must put the frequencies in LCN and they must also be in the correct channel. You cannot program anything in Channel 00. Make sure they are in order and then enter a bunch of talk groups in WIN95 and it should work for you.
