EFHW mounting question

I am looking for some advice for mounting an EFHW Antenna, I am going to be using a ENDFEDZ 80-10-JR-KW EFHW 1KW ICAS ANTENNA because I don't have a lot of space for a long wire and want to cover most of the HF bands. With the wire being a straight horizontal line between two points

I have installed a 22 foot mast in the garden at the farthest point I can get to and with some rough measurements have a spot in mind on the side of the house for the other end. The question I have is this, the mount point on the side of the house will mean part of the wire being close to the side of the house for about 16 feet before it gets into clear air and rise up to the top of the mast, there is also another house to the right of where the antenna will be mounted around 20 feet away.

The Transformer will be on the side of the house with a feed line of approximately 23 feet into the shack, where it will go into line isolator before it goes into the ICOM 7300 Mk2.

Am I going to see any problems with this setup as to distance I can cover and receive. Along with the radiation pattern from the antenna.

Each of these installations will be specific for your area and setup. I see no problems where the wire has to be near the house.
being mostly horizontal, your gain lobes will be more perpendicular to the antenna. the height will affect the impedance a bit.
I wouldn't look for exceptional performance dow on 80 though, but should be satifactory.
You may also need a tuner, where SWR really drops off.

16 feet up to 23 feet is pretty low, but it will work pretty well for NVIS on 80 meters at night and 40 meters during the day. You can expect 200 to 300 miles range pretty reliably. The upper bands will start to get some gain and more range, but the pattern will be less predictable the higher in frequency you go. There is also the posibility that noise from the house, or a neighbors house, could be present. If possible I'd try and put it up temporarily and test before you go through the trouble of a permanent installation. I had an EFHW mounted on the side of my house and it turned out the neighbors house was putting out some noise. I moved it to the center of my house and that was just enough to solve the problem. So basically, be prepared to tinker and tweak. Otherwise you plan sounds good.
