I updated my scanner recently and have been monitoring Elizabeth PD regularly. It's been a while since I moved from that area, but I have noticed a couple of new radio designations. I've heard "November" units as well as "Truck 2." I know they have established ESU a while back so I am guessing that is what Truck 2 is, but any idea what the November units are?
