This was based upon previous DSDPlus.P25data files that Slayer or Rattler had provided me in the past, cross referenced with FCC licenses, and extrapolating based upon known site neighbors. Most of these sites were already listed, but with less information.
Sites that just list "Site ###:" and nothing else may or may not even be active or part of the system. But they are missing in the lineup in the DB so included them figuring that if they ever show up on a neighbor list somebody will be able to see that they are unidentified.
