Seattle-King County Public Safety Trunking System, Seattle, Washington - Scanner Frequencies If your radio does control channel only scanning, just put the simulcast frequencies in and you should be fine. If you find that that doesn't work. Find the site closest to you. And see if that works better for you.
That's not completely true.
You *will* need to choose the correct site. Start with the main King County site first. I believe I've recorded the Enumclaw PD talkgroup on there several times. However, the Grass Mtn site should give you the best signal quality.
FYI, the smaller, localized departments are sometimes isolated to a specific site (or a few sites.)
