I currently run a stream 24/7 and this error code 10 keeps popping up and its really irritating, I use a bct15x with a windows 11 computer running pro scan, do you think i should just switch to scanner cast
I would try Scannercast, at least for troubleshooting purposes. If Scannercast does the same thing then I would investigate the problem.
Per the proscan.org FAQ page:
A: Intermittent connections could be caused by your computer, NIC card, cables, router, ISP, far end, etc. It has been suggested by a few users to use a tool called
PingPlotter to isolate where the problem is.
Ensure you're not using AVG Anti-Virus software as that will interrupt TCP traffic.
