Error loading new WavRecorder Plugin

I have tried to load the CTCSS plugin and the new WavRecorder Plugin that only records when a signal is received.

I keep getting this error, and do not know how to fix it. I have done searches and read everything I could find, but could not find this error or any way to fix it.

I am attaching the error.

If you know what I am doing wrong, or need to do, please tell me..

I copied the dll file to the driectory and replaced the original, and it seems like that is all that is needed, but obviously I am missing something.

Did you modify the plugins XML file?
