I could understand that, if.Your problem is a bit different. Server error 550 is usually an email authentication error, so this might be a firewall related error, denying access, probably to a specific port.
The VPN/Antivirus software was running, and. The VPN was on, but. The provided screenshot was when the software was not running.
I even did an Uninstall/Reinstall of the Sentinel software. That didn't fix the problem.
