Unitrunker Error Message

I downloaded Unitrunker 1.0.33.6msi and installed it. When I click on Uniform.exe I get the following error message "No working folder access. Invalid installation or shortcut. Program will exit." I don't have a shortcut for the program and was attempting to run it from the Unitrunker file in Programs (x86). What am I missing?

Where is the start menu? The program won't even open.

Update:
I just downloaded Unitrunker V2. Now to get it set up.
