error wrong version

tried to do an update and received .....error:1408F10B:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong version
tried the usual new formatted ScanDisk card etc any suggestions.

updating all or updating any individual component returns the same message

There has been a problem with the Whistler server. I get the same error when I try to update the library using TRX-2 EZ Scan. The error is not your problem.

What I found its an issue on whistler side.

Try and use the stand alone installers. TRX-2 Scanner Downloads

I am getting the same response. I have had it happen before and when they get there server working again it will work
