External Soundcard Suggestions

Looking for suggestions on an external sound card. We have a Uniden BCT15X plugged into a PC to stream audio through scanner cast. However, our current cheap amazon soundcard sounds terrible. Needs to be a 3.5mm jack to a USB.

Any other suggestions, even not soundcard related to make our stream better is appreciated.

Try plugging the audio plug into the earbud jack on your phone. Then play some music on your phone. Listen to the stream and see what that sounds like. The cheap sound card is rarely the cause of poor audio. In other words try replacing your scanner with your phone to prove that the card is the problem.
