TRX-1: ez-scan software error message

Just received this error message "Fixed row count must be less than row count"

Any fixes for this?

Could you give us a bit more info--there are a few versions of EZ Scan, based on your scanner model...

I'm using the Whistler TRX-1, Version 3.45 of the EZ-Scan software. I get the message immediately following a new library download.

Thanks for that amplifying info... I've been trying it with my TRX-x version EZ scan, but cannot recreate the error. I'm hoping that someone will chime in with something more. There was a thread about this same error from 2019, but it was closed without a single reply:


Interestingly, the OP was also a ham: WB0BAV. Maybe you could try to message him to see what he did to correct the issue. He seemed to indicate that he was going to reload the software.

Close EZscan. Go to your document folder on your PC and find the TRX-1 folder. Open it and delete the DB and LDB folders.
Open EZscan and then do a library update.

See if that works
