F to SMA?

Most of my attic antennas are fed with an "F" connector equipped cable. In order to connect to my BC396 and other SMA equipped radios I need 2 adaptors.

Does anyone know where to find a F to SMA adaptor so I can eliminate the second adaptor and go straight from the cable to the antenna?

I tried R/S and Google already.

Better to use a short cable than to use an all in one adapter. Saves stress on the radio's SMA connector.

Unfortunately, it looks like these guys are manufacturers who have no distributor here in the states. But SOMEBODY has to make something like this for sale here.
