Are you trying to update Sentinel itself to 3.0 or the SDS 100? I ask because the F/W of the SDS 100 should be 1.23.20 Main and 1.03.15 Sub.
In either case, if you are getting an error 550, restart your computer then temporarily disable your firewall and antivirus. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling Sentinel completely, then re-install to see if that resolves the issue.
EDIT: Should've also mentioned to check your internet connection as well.

My firewall was the problem. The F/W is at 1.23.20 n' 1.03.15

The newest firmware for the SDS100 isn't out, yet. Probably in the next couple weeks.

Meanwhile, it's Sentinel that's now at version 3.0, which you can download, here:

It installs nicely over 2.05, and, as far as I can tell, everything's preserved and functioning fine.
