I think this post is about 1/2 asking for a suggestion and 1/2 venting: Without getting into the nitty-gritty details, my feed setup involves both a Raspberry Pi running the scanner software and a Windows computer sending out the feed audio to the Broadcastify server. I previously had a problem where an occasional network glitch at my home would interrupt the scanner software but the feed audio would continue or automatically reconnect after a brief interruption. This resulted in the feed remaining online but dead audio being sent out on the feed. When this happened, I had a listener who would report the problem if I wasn't aware of it already and I would fix it ASAP. A couple of months ago, I implemented a fix that greatly reduced the instances of dead audio. Now, the scanner software will automatically restart after a network glitch.

However, the same listener has continued to make "No audio" reports that are false. Each time, I check and verify that the audio is going out. I've sent her a polite message once, saying that the problem was on her end. However, I didn't get a reply. I don't know if she saw the message. She continues to frequently report no audio when everything is working. It almost feels like a form of harrassment. I've done what I can to address the issue. I feel like telling her to buy a scanner and quit depending on my feed.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this, other than just ignore the notifications from this user?

I wouldn't even worry about.
