Recently Fargo PD changed to a digital system. I happen to work with the police department, so I know that they are using Motorola Radios, but I don't know if they are trunked on their new system or not. The new radios went into use the first part of this year, and for a while I was still able to pick up the calls, but lately it has been very quiet.

NDRADIONUT, if you watch this, can you help me figure this out?

I looked up the frequencies on the ULS database, and came up with the frequencies listed here, as well as
453.2
460.575
465.575
458.2
(the link is: http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/license.jsp?licKey=1194969)

These freqencies are all registered to the PD, and the controlling station address is also at the main police station.

any clues as to why I am not picking anything up? The officer I talked to today said the don't use encryption much, yet I am not getting even static from the frequencies.

Thanks in advance for any help.
(PS if anyone has suggestions I would love to hear them... I am asking everyone, I just thought NDRADIONUT might know since he is local up here.... )
