"fatal error" Data files not valid for this App version?

Any ideas? My WS 1080 locked up and I'm not sure about the next step?

I've formatted the SD card twice without success...so I'm not sure if this is an internal error or something else... No other users seem to have posted about a similar situation on the forum...

Any help is appreciated...Thanks in advance...

if you haven't done so, update the PC app, reboot your PC, open the app and try and download the file again.

I've reloaded the software on computer...switched SD cards and updated the scanner and still get this message when I hit the left key of the oval switch...

Not sure what to do next...

download Eric's tool "grefwtool" use it to reinstall the firmware. Search RR for the link to it.

You gave a corrupt file in the CDAT folder. Reformat the card in ezscan and copy the configuration and library files over.
