Odd NO NAC when P25??

I've caught them using [in the past 8 mo's]
$001, $301, Analog No PL

and someone reported $167 during the Superbowl

Back in the Analog Days, even tho they were RX of No PL
they still transmitted the Agency PL

103.5 = Secret Service
100.0 = US Customs

I stand corrected, I have heard them on P25 but I was unsure of the NAC.

On analog I was sure they were transmitting with no PL.
