Does anyone have any information for the Allentown Field office or Federal building on Hamilton?

The Allentown office has a repeater near Reading, usually encrypted, on 167.4875 N167. When it's operational I get a close call hit on my BCD396XT.

Allentown is not a (FO) Field Office but an (RA) Resident Agency under the Philadelphia FO
