Were 100% they are coming from lima. Were under 35 miles away. They always had 167.2875 167.7875 and recently added 170.6625. nac167. All three have been going off at the same time recently.

While it makes the most sense that the "Lima" they were referring to meant Lima Ohio, the term "Lima" is also the phonetic for "L". It could (remotely) be they were referring to "L" something or another.
